Terms and Conditions
- Only for whose age between 1 - 99 year old
- Cover for 60 day start from the day that got an injection. The vacine must be ensure by Food and Drug Administration (FDA) which injected by doctor or nurse within hospital and medical outpost
- For eachpolicy will cover only 1 dose per 1 person only
- Cover coma for only the one cause by complication or side effect of Covid 19 vacination or the disease the doctor comment that it can not be cured or cause the insured to loss of life.
- Not cover for any complication or side effect that happen before policy is issued
- Terms and conditions will be based on each policy
- Buyer should read and understand detail of coverage and conditions before making a decision to purchase insurance policy.
