Guidance while accident is occurred

Guidelines when your car collides with another car while waiting for surveyor to arrive and investigate accident scene
  1. If you are certain that you are right, do not move the car out of the scene until you are sure that an owner of the other car has accepted the mistake, or there is a traffic officer having already come to inspect the incident, or in the event that you are not sure which one is the real defendant, avoiding moving the car out of the scene unless you may be accused of being mistaken.
  2. If you are unsure about the case or to answer the questions of the other party, you should not express any comment, which you do not know whether it will cause positive effect on your case or not, until you receive advise from the insurance staff.
  3. Remember the details or take necessary picture of the other car’s owner, such as vehicle registration number, brand, color and etc. to prevent his escaping. Do not accept any offer compromise from the other party if you are not sure that it will be worth the damage happening to you.
  4. If someone is injured, take him to a nearby hospital as fast as possible.
  5. Please keep in mind that the staff of the company can always help you if you follow the method described above.
  6. In case of failure or need more advice, please contact the company via 1736 call and press 1.

Require documents for Claims

An arrangement for repair with the standardized repair center in the contract

You need to use the documents as follows

  1. Damage certificate or contact card
  2. A copy of citizen ID card or driving license
  3. Power of attorney (in the case that the car owner cannot contact by himself/ herself)
  4. Insurance policy and a copy of vehicle registration (In case of damage to third party vehicle)
  5. Others (in case the company requests any other documents)
In case of arranging for repairs with garages outside the contract

You need to use the following documents for consideration

  1. Damage certificate or contact card
  2. A copy of citizen ID card or driving license
  3. Power of attorney (in the case that the car owner cannot contact by himself/herself)
  4. Copy of book bank of the car owner
  5. Insurance policy and copy of vehicle registration (In case of damage to third party vehicle)
  6. Repair cost quotation (when taking the car to repair by yourself)
  7. Others (in case the company requests any other documents)
In case of property damage

You should have the documents as follows

  1. Damage certificate
  2. Evaluation sheet for repairing damaged property
  3. Documents proving ownership of the damaged property
  4. Power of attorney including copy of citizen id card of the donor and delegate (in case of the owner of the property cannot contact by himself/herself)
  5. Others (in case the company requests any other documents)
In case of injury or disability

The documents needed are listed as follows

  1. Compulsory or voluntary insurance policies (in the case of the insured)
  2. Contact card (in the case that the injured is not the insured)
  3. A copy of the ID card of the injured or a power of attorney (in the case that the injured cannot come in person by himself)
  4. A receipt of an actual medical expenses (original form)
  5. A medical certificate stating the details and cause of injury, along with the treatment period or the loss of organs or disability
  6. Record of injury claims or disability or dismemberment
  7. Police report (if any)
  8. Other documents showing the identity of the injured such as salary certificate, salary slip and etc.
In case of death

The following documents are needed to use for consideration

  1. Death certificate
  2. A copy of the police report of the investigator’s case showing that the victim is deceased
  3. A copy of the citizen ID card of the deceased
  4. A copy page of house registration of the deceased
  5. Affidavit of hiership : a copy of citizen ID card ,a copy of house registration, a copy of the birth certificate, a copy of the marriage certificate, or a court’s order for statutory appointments
  6. Record of claims between the heirs and the company or the insured
  7. Receipt of medical expenses before death. (If any)
  8. Other documents (In case company are asking for)
Additional coverage for TIP LADY

Claim process 
1. The insured have to bring evidence to the company in order to report a claim in 3 ways as follows:
   a. Send documents by emailing them to [email protected]
   b. Bring the documents to display to the company in person
   c. Send documents via post to the

2 When the company received complete documents and considered for compensation, there will be a delivery of the check for compensation or money transferring to the insured account within 7-10 days.

Car license used during TIP LADY Repair
Terms of service

  1. The service user must be a customer of the insurance policy Type 1 in TIP LADY Project only.
  2. The service user must be the owner of the car or insured for the imported vehicle for repair.
  3. The customer must have a driving license.
  4. The customer must accept and comply with the car loan agreement used during repair.
  5. Other conditions are in accordance with the car loan agreement used during repair.
  6. The customer has to pick up and return the car by himself at Dhipaya Insurance Company, Head Office, Rama 3 Road.
  7. The customer has to make requests at least 1-3 days in advance, contacting Ms. Chamaporn for Car Claim Service (Survey and Appointment) Tel. 02-239-2311.

Customers’ right to use the service

  1. In the case that the insured car is right (being able to notice the culprit from the collision), and has the vehicle repaired in a garage or repair center for more than 12 hours, the customer can apply for the right to borrow the car until his car is completely repaired for almost a week (less than 7 days)
    (the customer can choose either to borrow a car during the repair, or claim compensation during the repair of 2,000 baht a time)
  2. If the customer would like to use a car over the lending period, he can contact TIP LADY Service Center at 1736 press 8 and press 3 to request a replacement vehicle for service, in which the customer will be responsible for the expenses according to the conditions set by the service provider.

In the case of claiming for the loss of benefit from the offender

The required documents for consideration are listed as follows:

  1. Car repair certificate/receipt
  2. A copy of car repair quotation
  3. A copy of car registration
  4. Evidence or supporting documents for daily use of the car (if any)
  5. Car rental receipt (if any)
  6. A copy of citizen ID card of the car owner
  7. Copy of bookbank of the car owner of the car registration
  8. Claim form
