The procedure to use the rights in the hospital
- The insured presents insurance card, insurance card photo, insurance card photo from application or employee card with ID card or other cards Issued by the government before receiving medical treatment at a hospital in the contract every time, and in the case the insured is a child under 7 years of age, the parent has to present a government-issued card.
- In case the insured does not have an insurance card, forget to bring the card, or lost the card but there is protection information in the company system, the coverage rights can be confirmed from the insured’s name, surname and ID card number. If any information cannot be found, the hospital can contact Hotline 02-660-1221 24 hours a day.
- For the Outpatient medical treatment (OPD) that is not an exception, the medical facility will give the insured medical treatment the right away. In case of inpatient (IPD), the hospital staff will coordinate to the company to serve the insured every day
- After the medication, there is no cost to pay for if the medical expenses do not exceed the coverage limit. However, if there is the excess, the hospital will inform the insured to make the payment immediately.
